The extremely comfortable sitting room has a wood burner ,TV,DVD etc. and has a very good sofa bed for extra guests, it also has the (lockable) interconnecting door into College cottage.

There is a bookcase full of a wide variety of books, videos, CDs & DVDs. At the foot of the stairs there is a ground floor bathroom with shower .

Upstairs the master bedroom has a kingsized bed and a fully equipped en suite with a freestanding roll-top bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has a 3/4 bed and a single bed and its own en suite with bath and shower over.
