Enjoy dining surrounded by spectacular scenery

Our sunroom areas take full advantage of the unique view into the College Valley and the Northumberland National Park

The cottages are available as two separate dwellings or together as one unit by opening two interconnecting doors - ideal for a large family gathering for up to 12 or more people.

We aim to provide a high level of comfort and all bedrooms have ensuite or adjoining bathrooms.

Both cottages have full oil-fired central heating and logs for the wood burning stoves included.

Dogs are welcome and are allowed in the utility rooms of each cottage. We also have kennels for working dogs and can provide "doggy day care" where your dog can be fed, walked etc., should you wish to spend the day away sightseeing.

Horses are welcome and we have several stables available. There are many bridlepaths in the area and also beaches where horses are welcome.

Bedding and hay can be provided by prior arrangement. Hirelings can be organised for you with sufficient notice.
